Product Brand Manager

David has been with the business for almost 5 years and was promoted to General Manager of the Staging Division in October 2015 to spearhead the growth and expansion of this new department.

Having acquired a wealth of experience in the industry, his prime focus has been to grow the Lightspace range and manage the ongoing relationship with Milos UK who have been appointed as Impact Products exclusive UK distributor and sole stockists of the Milos Structural Systems range of truss & accessories.

Under David’s management and direction the Staging Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio and full design service  from the Lightspace portfolio and will be pivotal in offering further diversity and providing the best solutions to their increasing customer base, making Lightspace the UK’s fastest growing stage and truss brand.

2017 has given David a further opportunity to manage the purchasing and product road map for the multiple brands undertaking the role as Product Brand Manager for Impact.

Richard Toolaram

Northampton Branch Manager

Richard is our longest serving member at Impact with over 10 years experience selling professional audio and lighting equipment.  He is extremely passionate about sales and focuses his attention to detail ensuring customers get the right solution every time.  His personality is his winning success that’s allowed him to build many key customer and supplier relationships.

He is located at our Northampton branch and provides demonstrations on the very latest audio and lighting products.

Rob Foster

Business Development Manager

Rob is the Business Development Manager for Impact Products. He has now been in the industry for 5 years supplying sound, light and staging to professional companies.

With his knowledge of staging and trussing he is now visiting clients and growing the Impact brand in the UK.

Theresa Gibson

Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing for the Group, Theresa is responsible for delivering multiple variants across the marketing mix including all group activity both internally and externally working closely with key suppliers, vendors, agencies and distributors.

Having worked in a broad range of industries and markets before joining the Group, overall responsibility includes managing the strategy and marketing plans, alongside the daily management of the department. Theresa has worked closely with the Impact team to launch various brands and products, ultimately increasing awareness and traction in the industry through various campaigns, marketing initiatives and events to ensure the key messages about our solutions are reaching the right audiences.
